We are using Groupwise 5.5 enhancement pak and a few users (W95/98 machines) are unable to print because of the following error message:
sccvw.dll - "a device attached to the system is not functioning"
They are able to print from every other application but not Groupwise. We have tried reloading printer driver...reinstalling Groupwise after applying cleaning agent..etc.
Any help would be much appreciated!
