Printing Duplicate Labels

Hi all,

One of my clients prints out retail sales labels. In her old DOS system, the labels printed out across as 4 sets of 2 labels. The first label is for her records, the second for the stores. For example

Rec 1 Rec 1 Rec 2 Rec 2...Rec 4 Rec 4 and so forth.

I cannot find how to do this in Access. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
