Printing Duplex on InDesign 3.0

Hello All,

I have installed Adobe Creative Suite Preminum edition. I have installed the PS driver for my printer but I still cannot print the 11x17 feature in the duplex mode. Does anybody know of a fix for this?

If you are referring to true duplex, you should specify what printer you are using and what specific problems you are having.

If you are referring to page imposition to make books, you either need to use InBooklet SE by installing the PageMaker plugin pack or buy InBooklet from ALAP.com

Duplexing is usually controlled by the printer software. When you hit Print and get the Print Window, click on the Printer button on the bottom and see if you get you printer setup window to select Duplex.

I'm on OSX, if you're on Windows, things are probably differenct avout how you get to your printer's settings through the ID Print dialogus.

No matter whether you are on Mac or Windows, true duplexing is handled in the printer's own setup control, not InDesign's print dialog. You can access the printer's own setup/settings from the InDesign print dialog at the bottom.
