Have only just started using Visio 2000 and was wondering if it is possible to print the content of the 'Documentation' associated with an Actor for instance. i.e. If I have an Actor called Student and I add a description of 'a person who is registered to take classes at the school' in the Documentation field (Actor properties) can this information be printed in some sort of report? All of the reports I have run appear to exclude this information. Is this information not important outside the Visio environment? I was hoping I would be able to generate a report detailing all of the information provided in the Actor/Use case Documentation field(s).
