How can I print out a detailed tree structure of a drive as part of my backup process?

Hi,

What backup/OS and network are we using here, and why do you need to printout the tree??

You can do , from a command prompt,

c:\> dir /s *.* >dirtree.txt

Which will create a file dirtree.txt with every folder and file on the c drive in it. For antoher drive, do it from a d or e or ... prompt. Is this what you were asking?

MWB. As always, I hope that helped!

Get a copy of the best pc magazine on the market (PCPro) and on the cover disk you will find a need util to print directory structures from with windows explorer.
