Guys,
Is there any way to schedule a report to printer which prints different number of copies of subreports. Let me make it clear...... my report picks up data from a customer table. different customers need different copies of report. "customer A" might need just one whereas, "customer E" might need 7 copies of report. I store number of copies also in the table.
when I schedule a report it should pick up those numbers and print that many copies.

I'm using crystal reports 8.5 and crystal enterprise 8.5

pls. let me know if anybody has any input on this.

thanks.

You might use a custom CSP page that uses ADO to read in the qty needed per customer, and then run the report based on the number returned.

The alternative is to set up a different job in CE for each customer (using ePortfolio) and for each customer, you can then specify the qty to print.

It won't use your table, but it's the easiest to implement.
