When you print a report there is a small Windows dialog box that pops up telling you which page of at report is printing on which printer.

Is there a way of supressing this window from popping up?

Also, is there a way of changing the name of the report when it's passed to the printer to something more informative for the Windows Printer Job Queue Window?

eg. My report is call "rptMTOSheetMain" in Access, but would rather the name on the Windows printer queue was simply "MTO Sheet" or "MTO Sheet #1"

I think I can answer the second part of your question. I believe if you add a caption (MTO Sheet) in your report that should give you what you want. As far as the other (disable print popup) that's beyond me.

I hope this help, Sketti
