Is there any way to print just the data fields from a form and not the form itself?

This may or may not be of any help...But, I've done this utilizing a pre-printed form and a simple Access Database. Scanned the form and included it in an Access Report as a View Only object. I could then choose which records I wanted to populate the form. On print preview, the data appears on screen with as it would on the form. On print, only the data prints (onto the pre-printed form).

This worked pretty well. A whole lot better than rebuilding the form so you could work with it as you like.

Of course, you would have to build a simple Access Database to utilize my idea.

I have the exact opposite problem. I need to print from a database template onto a acrobat pdf form. Can this be done?
