Printing Crystal Reports to a file

Hi,

Is there any way to print crystal report to a spread sheet without answering prompts. I would like to schedule crystal report to run daily without replying to prompts.

Hi,

I solved this by using crystal report print engine in VB 6.0. In VB 6.0, you can change file type to Excel or Text format and convert the crystal report (RPT) file to Excel or any other format you want supported by Crystal Report Print Engine. I created a VB Application which can generate Excel format report without answering prompts.

Hi,
Is crystal report is an output device independent or not?

And if it is, how to print the report thru a printronix [line matrix printer], because as far as i know the report spool format is created under windows based so there is trouble if i want to print small character
