Printing Crystal Reports crashes

Whenever I try to print any report from Sage the form Crashes (Sage UI Container has stopped working). Details below

There are service packs for Sage and several hotfixes for Crystal. What, if any, have you installed?

Hi,
Check your server to see if you have the feature in control panel "install applications on remote desktop server" if it is.... install accpac using this feature.
