I have an offsite client that is using an Okidata 390 turbo tractor-feed printer to print statements. The statements are a Crystal Report that worked on this same printer prior to converting to Citrix. They have Citrix installed locally and everything is administered on their site.
From the server, the printer settings were adjusted so that through the printer Server Properties a new form was created with the correct dimensions.
The report prints to the correct printer and looks fine for 20 consecutive pages. After that, the report is no longer aligned. This client normally prints 400+ statements per month. They would rather not sit there and only print 20 pages at a time.
Any ideas?
