Printing Crosstab

Hi again,

I am working on our a custom change to our app and need to print a crosstab. A few years ago I tried this and wound up with problems printing crosstabs that spanned accross multiple pages. Anyone out there that has been there, done that?

Crosstabs are kind of like a giant on tiny legs. Because they are a form, the printing possibilities are somewhat limited.

You can save a crosstab to a table and print that then if formatting is a problem (often with lots of columns) import that table into excel.

You can script this and and add a button to a form to make it less tedious to repeat.

Do you have any sample code of how to capture the table and export it out. I have done a lot of excel exporting, but have not formatted the SS afterwards. Can you call VB scripts from OPAL? Has anyone written a FAQ on this?
