Printing Completed Activities

I'm using Crystal Reports to print information about completed activities from Goldmine 6. Which column of ContHist contains codes for completed activities? Also, I need to know the definition of every code so I can print the activity name in the report.

What do you mean by codes? Do you mean activity and result codes? or Rectypes?
