Whenever I print a calender to the networked laser printer, it prints a calender that is fliped and reversed. When I print the same calender to my local ink jet printer, it comes out fine. Can anyone help? I am using groupwise 6.5.
Thanks!

Does anyone know an answer, I can not print the calenders to my networked laser jet printer without the calender being screwed up. But other users can print the same calender to the laser without problems.

Can you print OK from another workstation to the same networked Laser printer? If you can print OK from another workstation, then remove the printer and reinstall it on YOUR workstation. If that does not fix the problem. Use the CleanIt tool and remove the GW client from your desktop and then reinstall the GW client. This just a guess, but I would suspect that something went wrong when the printer driver was installed on your workstation for the Laser. Either way you should know real quick even if you do both steps.

If you need a copy of CleanIt 2.0 removal tool for GW you can go to this site and download a demo version, or purchase it. Have a good one!

I can print for other workstations. I spoke with the IT person, they said the printer drivers are not installed on the computers but on the networks "Q" drive. The groupwise client is on my workstation. The postoffice is on the "Z" drive. I tried to resolve this here, but the work order takes six months if you can beileve it. I am the only one with this problem. I can not install or uninstall anything with out the admin password, which they refused to give me. Furthermore they do not want anything removed or altered. Can this be resolved with these stipulations?

Your Company is probably using policies or a program like Deep Freeze to lock the desktops down. If this is the case then you will not be able to reinstall either the printer driver or the GW client on your desktop w/out their help or permission. Or they give you the key to the lock. Wish I could be of more help. Good luck!
