Printing BLOBs in Crystal Report from Paradox 7

Hi All,

Does anyone know how to print BLOB fields from a Paradox 7 database using Crystal Report.

I have a project where I need to print data and image together.

When I use the browser to select the fields to print, the BLOB fields are not displayed. I looked on the internet and I found a site which said that the BLOB files were treated as Memos fields but it didn't say anything about printing memos or if memos can be printed.

I would appreciate any help on this.

If it is not possible does anyone have any alternative solutions to the problem.

Ummm....Why are you asking this in the Delphi forum? There are several Crystal fora on TT where you could probably find an easier answer for this.

Are you P'dox fields of type Blob or Graphic? What version of Crystal are you using?

Sorry if I published this in the wrong forum. But I thought that it was a Delphi (Paradox) problem.

I am using Crystal Report 8.5 and the fields are graphics.

I don't know of any specific issues with Crystal 8.5 and p'dox graphics fields - I know I've used them successfully in version 7. I suggest you try posting this question on the Business Objects: Crystal Reports 2 Data Access forum and see if the folks over there have any suggestions.
