Printing blank pages in landscape

Any report in Landscape prints a blank page after every printed page. (HP Laserjets) If I set it to Portrait, it prints two pages with print only. I have tried changing margins with no success. The same report printed from C7 report designer prints correctly. When printing to a Lexmark it prints correctly in Landscape. A previous comment made reference to a HP support doc but I don't think that would be applicable as portrait works fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

The report prints OK from the designer. How were you printing it when you encountered the problem? Malcolm

We use Seagate Crystal Smart Viewer with IE5 to view and print reports. The page setup is set for A4.

Any ideas ?

I have a not too dissimilar problem.
When I print reports from SCR8, I have no problem. BUT when I print from the web, it always prints an extra blank page after the report. I am using A4 and HP LaserJet 4000 Series PCL 5e printer.

Hello folks!

I experienced same problem.
When I print my report with Print button in ActiveX viewer I get an extra blank page after every report page.
I run my report by a ASP page, so no WEB or Page services running.
I design report on same PC which acts as web server, so default printer used to design is exactly the same used to print. Printer driver is "HP LaserJet III".
Answers by Crystal Support and updated viewer did not fix the issue.

Nobody got a clue????!!!!
I´ve got the same problem.

I finally sent Crystal a message and they e-mailed me an updated viewer which fixed the problem.
