Have a form I use for stats in the office. This is a monthly report with calculated fields in several subforms. When a calculated field is zero a blank area appears on the form. Would like to show a "0" instead. Used the usual format in properties to show the number or 0 but it still comes up blank.

when a calculated field is "=0", it should return a value of "0" if not, is you may have blanks in the field that it is calculating from, which would then give the Null return.
all fields involved in the operation must have a value in them in order to return a value for the answer.
Brian Famous
bfamous@ncdoi.net
