Printing black boxes

Several users are getting big black boxes printing on the emails. The name and page # typically get blacked out. Sometimes whole paragraphs or even whole pages get "censored". I renamed frmcache.bak to frmcache.dat in the FORMS folder. When I reboot, it prints OK for the first email, ie no black boxes. If I reprint the same email, I get the black boxes again! Rebooting again gets a good first copy; then black boxes on following emails.
