Printing Autoroute maps on an HP45000 Printer

I've got a network hp4500 printer (running on novell v4.1 and windows 95) and I cannot get autoroute to print off it. Other MS applications print fine but when I select the HP4500 from the printer lis it bombs out of the application with Visuall C++ Runtime Library abnormal program termination.

the strange thing is that I can print fine from this if I select the printer as the default printer and do not have to select it from list.

I've tried allsorts - reinstalling the software and printer drivers, re-imaging the PC, even trying this on a different pc on the network

Sounds like a program problem.

The maps print fine on both of my 4500DN laserjets. I'm using last years version of Automap. The only things I can suggest are somethings you probably checked: Program updates and latest drivers.
