I am using Outlook 2k2 and would like to print a hard copy of a few messages in my sent folder. I am able to do so except the list of attachments is not included on my printout.

How can I include a list of attachments on my print out?

Aloha,

This is a round-about way to do it, but it works. If the email is in Rich Text format, it will print the icons and attachment names. Therefore, if you click Forward - then change the format to Rich text, you can print it and they will show. Note: if it is in HTML format to begin with, you have to change it to Plain text first, and then change it to Rich text.

Thank for the information. I don't see the logic in why the other formats don't print the attachement list but your solution worked! hooray! [thumbsup2]

Thanks for the shiny thing. Glad to see it worked for you.

Wow, thanks Saw!!! I needed this exact answer, and it works great!!! I would add that when printing, make sure to go to file, print, and DESELECT print attachments!

Thanks again!

Shiny thing for you...
