Printing at specific sizes.

I'm havign trouble with printing a 13 x 19 inch poster from Illustrator. I know that I can specify the page tiling box by going to file > print size.

The troubl I'm having is that I cannot specify exactly the size of the file that I want to print. I'm only getting the very limited selection of sizes from the dropdown menu.
A3 is the closet to that file size that I can get, but there's nothing larger.

Is there any way that I can specify the size that I want the file to print at, like I can in photoshop?

Is your printer capable of printing something that measures 13 x 19?
