printing and SAP

We have Citrix XP and SAP 4.6. We hav a problem when users print over the default printer. The first user which start printing have no problems, the saplpd.log file open and the user can print. But when he don't close the open saplpd.log after printing every other user try to use this saplpd.log file. They get no own saplpd.log. It looks, that only one saplpd.log - file can opened on every Server.

What can I do?
