I have set up a macro to open a report and print it.

I was wondering how do I adjust the macro so that only record one of the associated table prints out.

Thanks in advance....

I am currently using the the OpenReport function of a macro.

In the query the report is based on, change your SELECT statement to SELECT TOP 1.... This will return only one record.

Our, if you know which record you want to return, and it's an indexed field with a unique value, in your query in the criteria for that field, type [Please enter Value]. When you run the query, a dialog will pop up and ask you to input your value Tyrone Lumley

Put something in the Where Condition of your action arguments, such as [recordID]=[value you input]
