Printing an A3 project onto 4 pieces of A4 paper.

Hi Guys

Im new to Illustrator and have got this problem, I have an A3 design which i want to print out. Unfortunately my printer wont allow a3 printouts so I have tried printing it out onto 4 pieces of a4 by selecting the tile page setting in the print setup. Everything seemed fine but as I tried putting all the pieces together they are a few mm out and dont line up. This is when i have my printer set to borderless printing, I f I dont have it set to this it leaves a small white border around each piece of A4 which again is no good to me.

I would be very grateful if anyone can help me on this, Thanks in advance

Set the printer to tile imageable areas, then use scissors to rid yourself of any excess paper.
