Printing & Window Size for Forms in Outlook 2000

Hello all,

I am working on some custom forms within Outlook. Two questions that I cannot seem to find the answer on.

1) How do I set-up how the form prints out?
2) Can I set it up so that the window comes up the same size everytime it's open despite a users individual settings?
