I have several customers that can print and export web reports; however, I have other customers (within the same building mapped to the same printer) that can not print or export a report. I am using Crystal Reports 8.0 with the java viewer. The print and export icon is greyed out on those PC's that can not print. I assume there may be an issue with drivers on the individual PC, but I am not quite sure. Has anybody had seen this problem where some users could not print or export while others could? Thanks in advance for your help.

I have a similar problem.

Although some users can print and export correctly, there are several PC from with the printed report just prints the first page and issue a mesage box saying that the connection with the printer has been lost. This only happens with the Crystal Reports Viewer. Everybody is able to print from other applications without problems. I suppose this has to do with the CR viewer.

Are there any ways of deleting the viewer component from a PC forcing Internet Exlorer to download it again?

I think the view component is bundled within the crystal web reporting system (web component server and page server); therefore, I don't think you can delete the view. Sorry that I haven't been any help. Are there any other suggestions out there????
