I am a basic user of access 2003 and have a mutiple page report.
How do I:
Print page 1 of report (from data record 1)
Print page 2 of report (from data record 1)
Print page 3 of report (from data record 1)

Print page 1 of report (from data record 2)
Print page 2 of report (from data record 2)
Print page 3 of report (from data record 2)
...etc...180 records

There are 3 separate reports (3 pages)
All I can print is one report at a time and then manually collate them.

This is what I can only do:
Print page 1 of report (from data record 1)
Print page 1 of report (from data record 2)
Print page 1 of report (from data record 3)
Print page 1 of report (from data record 4)
Print page 1 of report (from data record 5)
...to record #180
then open report 2 and print...
then open report 3 and print...
manually collate

Forgive me if this is a basic task to automate, but I cannot seem to find the answer to this. Thanks

You could use DoCmd.Printout and iterate though the recordset.

From Help:

[tt]PrintOut Method Example

The following example prints two collated copies of the first four pages of the active form or datasheet:

DoCmd.PrintOut acPages, 1, 4, , 2
