Printing Always Defaults to A4

Added a new network printer; Ricoh Aficio 3035.

When the print dialog window appears in Macola, anything printing to this printer shows A4 as the paper size. No combination of 'change defaults', 'reset printer' or 'use print dialog' will change it from A4. We've initialized the printer defaults file with no change.

The printer settings all reflect letter as the paper size and documents printed outside of Macola work fine.

Progression 7.6.200 over Pervasive 8.5. Windows XP workstations.

Go into ES, Under the File pull down, open Printer Setting. Click on the Settings button, change the size from letter to legal and save, then pick letter and save, click ok and you have captured your default paper size. Before you do this, ES will default to the first paper size in your default printer driver.

Try a different print driver, I have a site with a ricoh and the HP LaserJet III did the trick.
