Hi,

I have a project where I have to churn out emails to clients. Each email will have an attachment that has specific client information on and we don't want the client to be able to modify the data -- hence the desire to use the pdf format.

I cannot get Access 97 to print/export to a PDF file (I have Acrobat 4.0) using VBA. I have searched both Microsoft and Adobe websites with no luck! Does anyone have some VBA code that prints the Access report to PDF?

Thanks in advance,

Aloha,

I'm trying to do the exact same thing. Did you get any positive responses regarding this?

Thanks alot,
Kevin

I didn't get any response on this one. I have ended up migrating to VB6 using SQL Server 2000 because I need the flexibility and my database was getting very large. I used Crystal Reports 8.5 and I was able to do it. Let me know if you could still use the help

Peter

Hey guys, I'm looking to do the same thing and I found this post: thread708-61716

Hope it helps (I'm gonna try it in a few days...) Kyle [pipe]

I'm using snapshot instead and access is geared for it...(the reader is free and available from Microsoft).
