Printing Access Reports on Ricoh 1022 Printer

I am having the most terrible experience printing the Ricoh 1022. Reports will print only to the default tray and type of paper. No matter how many times I go to the printer properties and change the tray to tray number 4 it still prints from the default tray number 1. I am using the latest PCL-6 driver for the Ricoh 1022 under Windows XP.

I'm not sure if this applies to your situation, but this Microsoft Knowledgebase article on Lost Printer Settings When Name AutoCorrect Is Enabled has some intormation on printers resetting settings.
