Hopefully this will be an easy question... I'm trying to document a database I've been working on and want to print out the tables in design view (so I can see the name, type, and desc of the each field in the table). I can't find where you can do this, does anyone know of any ways to do this? Thanks!

Tools, Analyse, Documenter is what you are looking for, I think

Hi Andrew,

The only way that comes to my mind is keystroke: Shift+Alt+PrintScreen
which copies the active window to the clipboard, then paste
into, i.e. Word doc.

You're not alone,

The Documenter, of course! I actually spaced that, mikey. Maybe it's because I'm trying to keep my paper files as small as possible. The screenshot(+window settings) may save some printer resources.
By the way, Andrew, you're welcome.

I also use Corel Capture to grab a screen, but it does't give the info that you can elect to get from the documenter.

Thanks guys! I figured out how to use the documenter to capture most the information from the table, except it doesn't give me the description, oh well. I'll try the Shift+Alt+Printscreen method...
