I have a demands database and want to be able to create a command button that will print the information on the form on a report I have created. I have been able to get it to print all the records but I only want it to print the current record displayed on the form

Printing a Reportv from a form

If you only ever want it to print one record at a time, you can put Forms!Formname![Record ID field name] in the criteria for the report's record source. Otherwise you need to add WHERE [Record ID]=Forms!Formname![Record ID field name] to your Open Report procedure.
