Hi There,

How do I only print records that have data? Is there something that I can set within the Report properties?

Any help would be great!

Link the report to a QUERY based on the table with the data...and make the QUERY filter out what you don't want...

if you just want to print the whole table, use the report wizard and choose the table you wish report on and the wizard will instruct you with the rest.

You can use the wizard to create a report from a query (as correctly suggested by mstrmage1768) also.
