Hello,

I have a report that has 1 sub report that is unbound, so I can't link them.
That's fine for me. When i preview the report the subreport shows up and the information in it is accurate.

THE PROBLEM - when i print the report, the subreport does not print. Any idea why? it seems wierd that the subreport shows up for the preview, but doesn't print.
When you print a report, does the report re-do the calculations?

There are calculations that probably don't run on the print. I would guess that if you went directly to print (no preview) you subreport might show. If the subreport is unbound, how are you getting your values to display?

I use the me.recordsource property and run a SQL query in the code. The where part in the sub report and the main report are identical so I know I am getting the correct values.

Unforntunetly, The user does not want it to automatically print.

Where and why do you "run a SQL query in the code"?
