We have a report the user previews via CE ePortfolio. He does then some changes in the application based on the data he sees on the report, then prints the report. He expects that the printing will be exactly what he saw on the report before he have done changes on the application, but instead the printing reflects the changes he just did.
Is the refreshing on printing the normal behaviour, or there is some seting that will switch this?
Crystal Reports10, CE10, DHTML viewer.

Thank you,
Daniela

Hi,
Why not print BEFORE making the changes since it appears he wants that data?
( But yes, Printing does a refresh - refresh options can be set in the CMC ( for the report or for all reports)

Hi Turkbear,

I asked the same question, but some users have their way to do things, and are just not willing to change it.
I can't find in the CMC refresh options, where should I look?

Thank you,
Daniela

Hi,
For all reports use the Servers..Pageserver page to set that, for an individual report use the Properties..Process
tab and select a long time for the 'oldest data' option.
NOTE:
Not really sure if either of those will prevent the Print request from forcing a refresh....
