Greetings

In designing a form that will be used by many users, I want to print the complete form (header and detail sections) with all of the buttons, text boxes, and labels so that I can get input on the layout from all users. Kind of like the old "print screen". I tried the print preview, and all I got was the header.

How do I do this?

Many thanks in advance,

Bill

Hi TR6,

Create a command button on your form and put the following code in:

DoCmd.PrintOut

This will print the form out.
