I have the forms setup in tabs. I have one main form and 7 tab forms, the user will input. I would like to take a printout of the form with the user input . since its in tabs, i am unable to take a printout by hitting print button in Access.

Is there a way that I can print the entire form with the subforms in one button click.

Thanks

It is always best to use forms for data entry and reports for printing. Is creating a report a problem?

Remou is exactly right! I can think of a dozen scenarios where merely printing a form would be more than adequet, but not a form where you have 7 tabs and subforms! Go to the Reports tab in the Object Dialog box and use the Report Wizard, using the underlying recordsource from your form to make a Report.
