Is there an easier (better way) to print the FORM I have created, other than using print preview. The Form contains datasheets as well as combo boxes and text boxes.

Is Crystal reports the direction I should look, or is it just as difficult to reproduce the on-screen form as it is in Access 2000 reports.

Check out Access help for the PrintOut action....

Mike,
Is there a reason why you don't use a report? Forms are for viewing and editing records while reports are for publishing records.

Thanks for the tip CosmoCramer. I am still working on it. The PrintOut command prints all records in the open form...and I need to print only the current record that is open.

To answer dhookom. I set the screen form up exactly as the manager wanted it. Now I find that I have datasheets that wont display correctly in REPORT. So, now that I have created the form exactly as we wanted the printed report to look like. I just want to print the current record and be done with it. Might have started at the wrong end of the process designing the form to be an exact match
