Hello. I'm using foxprow2.6a and windows98.
I want to print to a local printer(HP930C) a database. Unfortunately the records have 130 characters and when I've used the "list to printer prompt" (even in landscape), the printer wasn't able to write all the 130 characters in a single row(like I wished), and wrote a record on 2-3 lines.
Can I make the fonts a little smaller? Or, is there a better solution (a command, or a sequence of commands) that I can use to print my enrire database (in portrait or landscape) with a single record on every row, and even better...without the "prompt dialog"?
Thank you.

15963,
Your best bet is to choose a small font, placed on a report form with the fields you want, in the order you want. Then, let'er rip. Default I believe is a mono-spaced font as well. You may find that switching to a proportional spaced font solves all your problems without the need to go smaller as well. 130 across landscape shouldn't really be a big problem for a monospaced font.

Best Regards,
Scott
