Printing a crystal report with colors

I have designed a report with boxes inside. All the boxes have background colors. But when I print the report on a color printer, colors are not printed. Why is it so? anybody's solution is highly appreciated.

If you use a font color for words do they print in color?
Was this printer the default printer when you designed the report?

Hi kenhamady,

thanks for your response. I have solved the problem. Actually I didnt check my printer properties. I have changed the properties of the printer to print in color instead of black & white and it worked. Thanks once again.
