re: i am currently learning access 97 ( my background is dos programming and vms programming on vax so this kind of programming is new to me) i have a form which i enter information in to print badges. i would like to print a badge containing only 3 of the 10 fields i have on a 3 ' by 4" badge . all i want is a print button to print only the name field, company and id code help!!!!

Well first of all is your forms attached to a table?<br>
If not then it should be.<br>
Next you can create a query that looks at your form<br>
and has only the 3 fields you need on your report (badge)<br>
then create a report that uses just those fields.<br>
<br>
Now then you can create a report using an Avery Credit card which is number 5384 3x4&quot; name Badge <p> DougP<br><a href=mailto: dposton@universal1.com> dposton@universal1.com</a><br><a href= > </a><br>

Have you tried using the Label Wizard? Just go to Reports/New/Label Wizard and follow the prompts.
