printing 2050 version

Hi all

is it possible to print out the version of softphone that is registed to a TN?

right now we have a about 3 versions of softphones installed on different PC. I would like everyone to have the same version. how do i find out who has what version?

i have a CS1000 succession 5.5

UMMMM ... I don't think it tells you what version in the PBX ... I would go to each computer (or remote desktop) and open the softphone settings and look at version info there (under the last option 'About'). Or call your end user to walk them thru this step
