Hello,
I am having trouble printing a report.
My report is selected by a query and is under one page long and yet it always prints the second page with the header and footer. I have tried inserting a page break in the report but it does not make any difference.
Any suggestion please?

Any chance your report width plus margins is wider than your page width? If so you need to reduce your report width.

Hi MajP,
I have checked these settings and it does not seem to be the problem. And the length of the report is only about half a page.
Any other suggestions?

Even when I take the header and footer out it still prints an empty page.

Hey MajP,
Just thought I would let you know that I have solved the problem. One was that I had the page size set to Letter when it should have been A4, but mainly that I had put the page break before the footer which forced it to the next page. Put the page break after the footer and it solves it.
Thanks for your input.
