Hi All
We have XP SP2 clients connecting to a W2K3 SP2 print server. Twice today, users have complained that their printers all say access denied. Restarting the print spooler on the printer resolves the problem for some reason. Yet there's nothing in the application of system logs, and all partitions on the server have more than enough free space.
Of course, orginarially I'd start with event viewer in this case, but as there's nothing there ... where else can I look ? I've checked all TCP/IP settings, DNS etc, and they all seem fine. Do I need to be looking at my DC instead perhaps ? Access to file shares is fine though
any help would be really greatly appreciated
