Printers not connected

Every now and then when a user logs on to MetaFrame 1.8 for W2000, the local printer is not mapped in Citrix. I have check the drivers and everything seems to be okay. Are there any other reasons that Citrix doesn't see the printer?

You should have to activate the following points under Usermanager:

Button Konfig --> activate the small hooks at "connect client printer at login

i hope this helps
