Printers not available in Excel or Outlook

Hi Guys,
We are running Citrix MF on FR2 and intermitently we are receiving reports from users that their printers are disappearing from Excel and Outloook. From Word everything is fine. We have been on the phone to Citrix and they are being helpful but so far we dont have a solution. Has anyone experienced this issue?
