Printers not Auto-Creating in PS 4.0

I have a Citrix farm running on Win2K3 with CPS 4.0. The servers are set to use the UPD driver as the only driver on all servers. I am running into users that no matter which server in the farm they log into they do not auto-create printers. I have checked the domain policies as well as the Citrix policies and everything looks like it should work, but it isn't. They are all using a 9.x version of the ICA client. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Try this article CTX108334 on the Citrix Knowledge base, Also check the event log for error messages that may show why they aren't being created. Do they create when you login with an admin account? Have you tested with a user level account of your own?
