Hello again,
I have a user connecting to a citrix server running a DOS app that needs to print to an lpt port. I have set it up on the citrix box and it works fine. I then set that printer as default on the users pc and captured the lpt port. It doesnt give me an error however it never prints. I can see the users printer on the citrix box so it is mapping. ???!!!
Im clueless at this point. The printer is on a different server does this matter? I woyuldnt think so, the printer doesnt have to reside under the citrix box does it. it is set up there but as a network printer under a different server. this shouldnt matter though. Thanks again

Hi
If the user has this printer connected to LPT port, try get him to share this printer on the network and add it back as a network printer (from the share on his computer) and set this newly added one as a default. All this just to make the Citrix server think that the printer is a network printer.
I am not sure if this will work as I don't think I clearly understand the situation. But it might be worth a try.
Best of luck
