OK so here is a wierd printer issue I'm having on one of my print servers. The server is running Windows 2000 server. It also doubles as a DHCP server. There is no other software except McCafee netshield. The server was running fine till about a few days ago. When it suddenly seemed to loose all the printers it had installed on it. A reboot brings them back. The only thing that I have noticed about this is that it happens only at night. Never during the day when people are printing to it. But every few days when I come in the thing has lost all its shared printers. Any suggestions.

You will probably find that one of the services has stopped (spool32.dll I think), and that just restarting the service will bring them back.
I have seen this problem before, but my issue was related to an incompatability with the drivers... my fix was to get a different make and model of printer.
