Printers disappear in Excel

A customer ist using Citrix PS4.0 on Windows 2000 Servers. He published Office 2000 on his Citrix Servers.
Now users have the problem, when using Excel, that all the printers connected to their session disappear. There are no problems when printing from other applications. I've found the same issue in thread No. thread48-449514 . Unluckily there hasn't been a solution yet.
The customer installed all Citrix-Hotfixes as well as ServicePacks for Windows 2000 Server. All Office-2000-ServicePacks have been applied.
 
We saw this too on some occassions. One way of fixing was to delete/rename the user's profile directory so that a new one would be created. A bit of a pain but it worked most of the time.
